R. Kelly Arrives in Jamaica for Sumfest Performance, July 21

"World's Greatest' R. Kelly arrived for the 'World's Greatest Festival' Reggae Sumfest 2012 at the I AM Private Aircraft Centre in Montego, Jamaica today.

He was greeted by Summerfest Productions director of transportation Howard Deers.
